1. What is Champsquads?
Champsquads is an information website. We publish football news, injury updates, match predictions and betting education for fans in Nigeria. We are not a bookmaker: we do not accept bets, hold your money or run betting accounts.
8xbet operates or commissions Champsquads, and the site promotes the 8xbet platform. You place bets on the 8xbet platform (or with other operators) under that platform’s own terms and licence: a Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LSLGA) Online Sports Betting/Online Casino licence held by Strivora Limited trading as 8XBet, valid from 5 June 2026 to 4 June 2027 (check it on the LSLGA register; LSLGA does not publish licence numbers). Send questions about deposits, withdrawals, bonuses or accounts to 8xbet support through the official 8xbet app or website.
2. Who can use the site?
You must be 18 or older to use Champsquads. Our betting content is not for anyone under 18. Only bet where the law allows you to.
18+ only. Gambling involves risk. Bet only what you can afford to lose, and play responsibly.
3. Do we guarantee our tips, odds or news?
- No. Predictions, tips and analysis are opinions, not financial advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.
- Odds change quickly, so odds on our pages may be out of date. Always check the operator’s site before you bet.
- Injury and team news can change at short notice. We cite reliable sources but cannot guarantee accuracy.
- Never bet more than you can afford to lose. See our Responsible Gambling page.
4. Who owns the site?
8xbet owns or commissions Champsquads, and our content promotes 8xbet. Our Ownership & Affiliate Disclosure explains the details.
5. What about third-party sites?
We link to other websites, including betting operators, clubs and news outlets. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, offers, availability or practices. You use them at your own risk and under their terms.
6. Who owns the content?
Champsquads (operated by 8xbet) or our licensors own the text, graphics and design of this site. You may share links and short quotes with credit. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission. Club names, crests and player names belong to their owners, and we use them only for news and identification.
7. What counts as acceptable use?
Do not post spam, abusive, illegal or misleading comments, try to hack or overload the site, or scrape it at scale. We may remove comments or block access at our discretion.
8. How is our liability limited?
We provide the site “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including betting losses, lost profits or lost data, that arises from your use of the site, your reliance on its content or your use of linked third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Nigerian law does not allow us to limit.
9. How do we handle your data?
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
10. Which law applies?
The laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria govern these terms, and the competent courts of Nigeria handle any disputes.
11. Can these terms change?
